What motivates us at home and at workplace?

Recently I found this video on Facebook (thanks to Vipin Shenoy who shared this). It discusses about what really motivates people at work and at home. I liked it very much and wanted to share it with my friends. I shared it on facebook and buzz. It looked like lot others were also interested in this stuff.
